The Data & Analytics Project

Facing the challenge of reaching Ambev's target audience, our Data team developed a Customer Engagement project.

To kickstart the Ambev project, we first mapped key issues and past brand actions. After mapping, we constructed a Data Lake incorporating data from social media, IBOPE, IBGE, competitor websites, and sales history.

Through data analysis, we visualized actions with positive and negative outcomes, understood consumer behavior on each platform, and crafted a more precise solution for the brand.

We utilized technologies such as Hadoop, Map Reduce, Spark, and Qlik to deliver the project, enabling targeted and accurate advertising investment predictions based on the audience and communication channels.


Results

With the project delivery and utilization of the Data Lake, the outcome positively impacted three main pillars: communication accuracy, investment optimization, and forecasting of advertising actions.
